As a small business, we are committed to providing excellent customer service, quality control, and a steady stream of income. Our goal is to provide casual sophistication to creatives who need space for their projects, as we are among some of those creatives. With content creation on the rise, we aim to be on the front line servicing our community in a way that provides value and controlled creativity to  Los Angeles. Our plans are to expand and become a creative house for members of the community to meet and innovate

In order to do so, we're looking for property all around central Los Angeles. 

As a property owner, we acknowledge the unknown risks that can be associated. We utilize a range of insurance measures to ensure security. 

For those finding our units on Airbnb.

Airbnb offers insurance that covers damages & a $1,000,000 Host Protection Policy.

For added measures:

1. We use Noise Aware technology to manage the noise level of the property and give you a report on this on a monthly basis. 

2. The property is constantly cleaned before and after each stay. Taking care of the property is quite extensive since if not, you risk getting bad reviews. 

3. Upon request, we implement guest screenings, and only accept guests with a profile that fits your standards. Guests will also have to accept property rules before booking., which we are happy to share.

4. Agree on how often you’ll be hosting guests in their space

5. Set a limit for the number of guests allowed to stay at one time

7. Provide guests with emergency phone numbers and a map of emergency exits and evacuation routes

Other benefits we can include, upon request:

• Offer to pre-pay a few month's rent upfront
• Offer to purchase your own vacation rental insurance
• Amend your rental contract to offer coverage for certain damages yourself
• Increase the size of your security deposit
• Offer to extend your lease

Additionally,  we provide profit sharing & a shared percentage for each booking! Through this, you can yield a higher rent than by going the conventional residential route with

dependable on-time payments agreed upon.
